Return Policy for Contact Lenses and Eyeglasses

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Both contact lenses and eyeglasses are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Products must be unopened (for contact lenses), in their original packaging, and resalable condition.
    • Customized or specialty lenses/glasses may not be eligible for return unless due to manufacturer defects or errors.
  2. Return Process:
    • Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
    • Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the package and enclose a copy of your original invoice or receipt.
    • Customers must also notify us of the return with a tracking number for the shipment.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the safe return of the items.
    • Please provide accurate and accessible delivery information to avoid any complications.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
    • Shipping fee will not be refunded.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  5. Restocking Fee:
    • A restocking fee may apply to returns of items not in their original condition, missing packaging, or showing signs of tampering.
    • The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Manufacturer Defects:
    • If you receive defective items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
    • Defective items may be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  7. Prescription Changes:
    • If your prescription changes within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange your lenses/glasses for the updated prescription at no additional cost.
  8. Order cancellation:
    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the return process applies.
    • Please be aware that depending on your bank’s policies, there might be a bank fee associated with canceled orders requested by customers.

           Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened boxes of contact lenses  and customized eyeglasses are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons unless there is a manufacturer defect.
